Notwithstanding anything else written in this Act, the implementation of any specific project that is a priority of the Government of Nepal can be done with the joint investment of the Government of Nepal and the private sector. But the investment made by the Government of Nepal will not exceed twenty five percent of the total cost of the project.
(2) If the private sector implementing the investment project as per sub-section (1) wants to take the share of the Government of Nepal, it can be calculated at the prevailing price of the project.
